Citation Mustang

 

The Citation Mustang is the first very light jet to be certified by the FAA, in September of 2006, and is the latest aircraft to be released from the Cessna stable of small business jets. The Cessna Mustang jet is similar in size to the Cessna Citation CJ1 jet aircraft; however, the Mustang jet cabin is 42 cubic feet smaller than the Citation CJ1 jet. The Citation Mustang jet is outfitted with to Pratt & Whitney 615F turbofan engines that are certified at 1,460 lbs of thrust each. The Citation Mustang jet has a range of 1,150 nautical miles and is designed to be a cost efficient business jet.
