The Astra SPX is an update to Israel Aircraft Industry's Astra SP. It added winglets and some new internal avionics. The Astra SPX is recognizable by its low/swept wing with winglets, twin rear fuselage mounted engines, and abnormally sharp looking nose. It has a swept tailfin and low mounted horizontal stabilizer. Each side of the fuselage has 6 square looking passenger windows. The Astra carries up to 9 passengers and is piloted by a 2 man crew. The Astra SPX cruises at speeds up to 483 and has a range of 2954 nautical miles.
